The Stilo Carbon Curva FIA approved kart chest and rib protector is built using Stilo’s patented ‘Carbon Curva’ technology; a fusion of protective carbon and flexible carbon for a strong, yet light and durable with increased Carbon strength protection in critical areas for karting. The Curva forms a flexible fitting that comfortably adapts to the drivers body that does not limit drivers movement. The adjustable braces provide a wider variety of fitting, ideal for all heights and body types.

The IA 8870-2018 Standard is mandatory in FIA Karting Championships, Cups, and Trophies from the 2021 season.

All contact increases the force placed on the drivers body. Protective devices are designed to absorb and dissipate the energy away from vulnerable areas - reducing the severity of the impact and minimizing injury.
